20 years is a long time in one employment and here eight dedicated members of staff, who have been at the nursing home since the first year it opened, are seen here with Gwenda Thomas, A.M. The deputy Minister at the Welsh Assembly who is responsible for Social Services in Wales.

All of the employees here have completed unbroken service performing their various tasks of domestic, chef, laundry, carer and deputy matron.
