15 year’s loyal service
A total of 75 year’s service by the five pictured was recognised when director Michael Kemp presented them with their 15 year service awards.
Michael thanked each of them and explained that it was due to th
eir and their colleagues dedication that the home enjoyed such a high respect.
In an industry where recruitment and retention was such a problem it was a delight to that these members of staff had continued to make such a commitment to the care of patients and helped the patients by providing such continuity of care.
