Life for nursing assistants is not just the mundane. There are many satisfying tasks that go into a day’s work. Some residents will just want a chat and we hope that we have set enough time aside each day for those who want some company to have someone to call on.

Nothing cheers a nursing auxiliary up as much as seeing a resident looking at their best and being as comfortable and clean and tidy as they would want their own family member to be. The nurses get very attached and friendly with residents and resident look forward to the company.
