Staff training is the keystone of the high standard of care at College Fields.

Each discipline will attend courses in general matters such as food hygiene and manual handling. In addition each team member will attend courses dedicated to their particular work.
Most of the courses are held in the building either with specialist trained teachers brought in for particular purposes or matron herself will use her teaching skills to educate, stimulate and encourage staff.
