Good news stories in the national press are few and far between. But this story of one of our residents is truly wonderful. It shows how everyone is treated at the home and the support the family receive. The members of staff are extremely grateful to Jane Pagler for her lovely comments and the encouragement that they give. It is always appreciated when people are prepared to recognise good practice no matter what any of us do in any walk of life.

In this case the family have always been supportive and worked with the staff to give the best holistic care.
